Within its Safer Work division, Eurofins is looking for an experienced Digital Business Development Manager to support the extremely strong growth of our capabilities.
We’re looking for an expert that will build and execute the strategy for our digital offering and identify innovative marketing tools and channels to generate leads.
We’d like the incumbent to develop an understanding of the IT landscape required to create a scalable Digital Business model;
by performing market, competitor, portfolio and technology evaluations. You will work in a dynamic setting, building relationships with senior stakeholders and share your professional knowledge through networking, events, and presentations.
All this to implement the strategy, sales process, structure, and best practices across the company to drive the Digital Transformation.
Develop strong knowledge about Eurofins business line and product
Perform market, competitor, portfolio and technology evaluations and gather insights on the current developments in a highly dynamic market environment
Drive market intelligence for digital solutions including market opportunities assessment, landscaping, segmentation and derive go-to-market strategies.
Analyze existing and potential user groups, identify customer requirements, develop applicable business models / cases, translate the needs of customers into product / service requirements and initiate gradual product / service development
Build and drive the strategy for our digital offering; develop the Digital channel for marketing and sales activity, based on identified market / business opportunities.
Drive the new data-driven and digital market approach of Eurofins Business Lines and Safer Work programme for existing and new partners / clients (both internal and external clients);
Translate opportunities into concrete projects
Drive platform, IT, branding and technology related discussions and create common business understanding around creating a sustainable, scalable and cost efficient Digital solution
Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short / medium / long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets, esp.
in the Digital channels
Track performance and report metrics
5-10 years of professional experience in business project management, business development or consulting in a digital environment
Experience with linking ideas, market developments, customer needs, value design, design thinking, strategy and business process modelling.
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
A strong affinity with digital change management and marketing
Working experience with sales techniques
Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Proven ability to plan and manage resources
