We are looking for Customer Support Advisors to provide a stellar customer experience. You will be working on behalf of one of the most well-known cosmetic brands in the world.

What you will be doing at Webhelp

As a Customer Support Advisor , you will :

Helping customers through multiple channels (email or phone) in an interactive and user-friendly manner

Develop technical skills that will empower you to support the after-sales process and every step related to it (i.e. online orders, refunds ).

Provide a warm contact with the clients, attending their queries and adding value by increasing our Brand awareness.

What we are looking for

French native (C2)

Fluent in English (B2)

Previous experience in customer service or as a sales representative is a plus

Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and team spirit

Enjoy identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions

Treat all personal data and information with the utmost confidentiality.

Proactive, results-oriented, motivated, and able to work as a team player in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered for employment.
