As a member of our Captains Team, you will have the key responsibility to attract and select the best Financial talents of the market.
For this critical mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and ambitious person.
You will manage and initiate the recruitment cycle from A to Z : from initial conversation with our hiring Business Managers to analyse their needs, you will then establish a strategy to attract the best candidates of the market.
You will interview them and coordinate the recruitment process until contract signature.
This is a role that involves a lot of contacts, both internally and externally. Therefore, you are always happy to pick up your phone to get things done.
You are involved in the organisation and monitoring of the recruitment process. You identify areas of improvements where necessary and suggest solutions
Wat is jouw profiel?
â€¢ Bachelor of Master degree
â€¢ Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of French
â€¢ Experience and affinity with social media
â€¢ A first professional experience in Finance or recruitment consultancy or with graduate recruitment is a plus but not a must.
â€¢ If you don't have a previous recruitment experience, you are also welcome to apply as full training will be provided.
