Digital Marketing Specialist

You will join the UgenTec marketing team as our Digital Marketing guru driving demand generation, digital marketing, campaigns strategy for our AI-based SaaS software platform for clinical molecular diagnostics.

You’re the person we’re looking for.

You’re a digital native. You know what makes social networks tick. You have great writing and graphics skills with experience in design and editing.

You know how to create compelling web content, and you love geeking out on marketing and communication.

You believe in trying new things and testing strategies, but you also excel at executing agreed campaigns and tactics. You trust data to guide decisions.

You know your way around software and are keen to learn new tools. You know your way around a CMS and CRM (we use HubSpot), you have a feel for design (we use Adobe),

You’re tech savvy, a self-starter, team player, quick learner, have a feel for graphic design, you communicate well, and can make complex ideas come to life.

You’re hands-on, and eager to hit the ground running.

We have an established marketing engine to bite down in and expand on, we use all the modern digital marketing software tools, we’re growing super-fast, and we’re keen to get our hands dirty together.

UgenTec is a young, fast-growing SaaS company applying Artificial Intelligence in the molecular diagnostics software space.

UgenTec markets its AI platform to experts molecular biologists, lab directors, diagnostic companies. In this complex b2b market, relevant content and real proof points are key we have happy customers and vocal Key Opinion Leaders that spread the word on UgenTec through white papers, webinars, testimonials, videos.

We use modern tools for marketing automation from lead to revenue, and love putting engaging content out there.

We’re looking to strengthen our marketing team with a hands-on, tech-savvy, creative digital native marketeer who can straddle the strategic campaign ideas and messages and the tactical hands-on everyday execution.

This is the job you’re looking for.

You’ll be responsible for :

  • Demand generation . Together with sales, you’ll drive lead gen initiatives, campaign to various target audiences, and set up ABM (Account Based Marketing) workflows & outbound campaigns.
  • Run ads, work with industry news outlets, build funnel.

  • Content Marketing . With the FAS and product team you’ll develop rich content (application notes, webinars, white papers, video testimonials, quotes, and more) to drive brand recognition, awareness, relevance, engagement and lead gen.
  • Drive events . You’ll be responsible for tactics, execution, campaigns, logistics for our scientific conferences and trade shows.
  • These include live events as well as webinars, customer e-seminars, and any ideas you’ll bring to the table.

  • CRM & marketing automation from lead to contract and beyond. You’ll build on our existing tools and automation for lead gen, across the web site, mailings and social, integrating the customer journey from first contact to signed contract and beyond, running successful lead gen campaigns, tracking KPIs and campaign metrics, and engage with KOLs.
  • Make customers, OEM partners, distributors’ marketing successful /

  • Social & email marketing. You’ll make our social networks and campaigns engaging, broaden our fan base, and grow in new geographies directly and with our partners in the molecular diagnostics market.
  • Graphic design you’ll be composing compelling graphics, explainers, and video content challenging and educating our audiences, conveying or product benefits, features and key messages to our audiences across molecular scientists, lab technicians, AgBio experts, and c-level decision makers.
  • Web Presence. You’ll maintain and build out our web presence, with attention to SEO, SEA, engaging content supporting campaigns, targeting markets and personas, pitching products and leading visitors to smart CTAs.
