What you’ll do
Treat all inbound 1st line technical support requests (phone, e-mail, ticket) in French & English Assist new merchants with setting up test accounts in our free trial environment and provide high quality support Support merchants in their transition to the production environment to ensure a smooth start-
up of their online payment activities Provide additional information about products, offers and technical solutions
Investigate ongoing or new incoming incidents
Escalate appropriate support requests to a 2nd or 3rd line support level
Act as a backup for the operational and administrative support colleagues for all countries in which Ingenico is active
Pro-active screening of the support mailbox and ticketing system and take appropriate action
Use the offered support tools (software, FAQ, activity logging, etc ) in the most optimal way and report update requirements where necessary
Who you are
Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
You have a first IT helpdesk experience of minimum 6 months
Results are your main drivers
You feel very passionate about communication & taking care of customers
Curious to learn new ideas and concepts and broaden your horizon
Une excellente connaissance du français est nécessaire; and oh yes, being able to communicate in English is key as well.
Any other European language is considered an asset
IT knowledge (e.g. HTML, general internet protocol, etc.)
You take end to end responsibility of the challenges / opportunities that customers bring to the table
You love working together in team to come up with the perfect solution to every problem
