Job Title : Office and Communication Coordinator

Department : Country / Commercial Team

Reports to : Commercial Director BeLux

Location : Zaventem, Belgium

In this challenging position you are responsible to support the overarching / general and commercial processes for Stryker BeLux activities, including office management.

Your goal is to drive country engagement by supporting the BeLux organization and all its divisions / departments.

You have a key role in the country organization and are responsible for the overall support of all commercial activities of Stryker BeLux.

In close collaboration with the Commercial Director you will be responsible to support the Stryker Belgium country organization and commercial activities.

You will be the spider in the web when it comes to supporting the Stryker BeLux organization.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to become the face of the Stryker Belgium Office, work together with many people arranging various tasks.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Office management and coordination, including safety and prevention
  • Belgian Office move project management &
  • Fleet coordination & HR support
  • Internal) Communication management SharePoint, E-Newsletters, Engagement Initiatives,

  • Coordinate facility activities (including 3rd party management)
  • Managing / Creating vendors Create Purchase orders and follow up
  • Expense note coordination for all employees (initiate fully digital project)
  • Support the commercial manager and tender manager : review and finalize the layout of tender dossier & contracts before they are sent to our customers.
  • Co-develop branding materials (franchise, or country / Stryker specific)
  • Create a comprehensive and general onboarding plan for new associates in collaboration with the N+1 be the go-to-person for new colleagues.
  • Facilitate internal meetings (Leadership team meetings, townhalls, collaboration day(s), customer focus meetings, local sales meetings )
  • Facilitate business reviews and commercial meetings, create and distribute the meeting minutes and actions
  • Competencies / Experience :

  • Relevant experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably office management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and most used IT applications
  • Creative, and experience in developing marketing content : either video material or print.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with new technologies
  • Ability to multitask, strong time-management skills, organizational and planning skills
  • You are an absolute team player, easy to talk to and a people s person!
  • You are characterized by high attention to detail, your flexibility and positive personality.
  • Trilingual (English, Dutch and French)
  • Drive to work in the healthcare industry
