Mobility Solutions & B2B Brand Manager
As a Mobility Solutions & B2B Brand Manager, you work closely together with the Head of Mobility Solutions & B2B Marketing, and the Solution strategy team to help drive new ways of doing business through solutions.
Mobility Solutions & B2B Brand Manager will report directly to the Head of Mobility Solutions & B2B Marketing.
Main responsibilities :
Be a Bridgestone mobility solutions brand guardian for all touchpoints
Be the brand mobility solutions guardian and act as brand knowledge center for the Solutions division for all touchpoints.
Be responsible for the correct application of the Brand and Brand Identity guidelines on various supports and assures correct panEU implementation.
Lead the branding approach and implementation for the various Mobility Solutions, in line with the existing brand strategy for solutions.
Support the brand architecture and lead the implementation within the group.
Communication strategy and planning
Develop a comprehensive Bridgestone Mobility Solutions communication strategy and integrated creative communication programs for existing and new products, for various supports with focus on digital.
This to support the BSEU group / regions in their overall targets, and also to contribute to the brand image development and the overall brand awareness target.
Define audience segments, focus on digital and messaging hierarchy , based on a profound understanding of the audience and their influencers.
Define, together with the Head of Mobility Solutions & B2B Marketing, the communication channels, including owned, earned and bought media, and all the specific B2B digital channels.
Construct a full digital framework to effectively introduce new solutions / communicate existing key solutions in the markets, which includes all processes from concept development to final communication material.
Work hand in hand with the Head of Mobility Solutions & B2B Marketing, and ensure input and alignment of the various business stakeholders and the solutions team.
Brand Solutions strategy and 360 marketing plan
Define the brand marketing strategy, with focus on digital, and related marketing programs for existing and new solutions.
Support a connected 360 marketing plan, to maximize demand generation for new solutions, and recurring usage of existing and new solutions across all channels.
If applicable for the specific solution, ensure a consistent, efficient and effective roll-out of marketing programs across all regions, by ensuring alignment between BSEU Headquarter and the local market, and ensuring that needs are correctly identified and addressed.
Help shape the digital campaign strategy across our paid, earned and owned channels.
Develop editorial plans and support digital media buying.
Internal & External stakeholder management
Representative from Brands Marketing into digital cross-functional team of the existing or new mobility solutions.
Work on a daily base with the Head of Mobility Solutions & B2B Marketing to drive and implement strong and competitive Brand Marketing plans.
Ensure consistent and good cooperation with stakeholders from the business and from the solutions team.
Manage and align multiple agencies to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
Liaise with local markets to ensure buy-in, active collaboration and success project delivery.
Support in B2B Brands and Marketing strategy and implementation
Work closely with Head of Mobility Solutions & B2B Marketing to shape and implement the brand strategy for commercial business lines.
Contribute to the creation of communication campaigns (including media buying campaigns) on different supports for various B2B activities.
Contribute actively to the products launches or various events dedicated for B2B.
Support and contribute to maintain a good working relationship with various stakeholders for B2B business lines both in head office and at local level.
Analytics and Reporting
Measure the performance and optimize digital marketing campaigns and platforms by setting KPIs and targets.
Stay tuned to new developments in digital marketing, media and communication, especially B2B.
Work analytically & creatively in a problem solving environment.
Distil multiple pieces of qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful recommendations.
Facilitate senior management meetings and drive conversation with firm leadership.
Drive organizational buy-in and facilitate change.
Attention to detail while managing competing priorities & tight time pressures.

Track record leading digital transformation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficient in English and at least one other European language.
Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing or engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a digital B2B oriented business.
Strong affinity with digital marketing.
Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns (via agency).
Experience creating engaging digital brand and product content (including the website content management).
Knowledge of web analytics.
Previous work experience in a pan-European multi-lingual environment a plus.
Experience managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders and agencies.
