What will you be doing?
This position is responsible for managing Operational and Customer Service activities in Cosentino Center related to shipping / receiving material, organization & inventory management, orders and delivery, supervising warehouse employees, drivers, and customer service representatives.
What are we looking for?
Control and manage the Inventory of the location
Organize and Maintain delivery schedule daily with efficient route planning
Lead and maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety policy and procedures are met
Interact with customers and vendors as need
Responsible for quality control by reviewing all incoming and outgoing product for damage
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
Operate and coordinate forklift, trucks, and / or railcars as need
Responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance requirements for DOT regulated trucks as needed
Manage all customer conflict that arises from various problems that may occur when shipping and receiving material
Manage accurate and timely invoicing, customer quotes, and orders
Support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets highlighting in advance any issues that may arise from operational delays
Monitor service levels of orders and meet the service commitments to customers
Lead Operation and Customer Service teams
