Prepare and put in place the Marketing Plan of Jean Paul Gaultier & Nina Ricci under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager Benelux.
Accomplish objectives fixed in terms of market share, net revenues, profitability, and working capital
Functions and Responsibilities :
Execute the Marketing plan for the three brands above mentioned for all clients (BENELUX), following the brand objectives and international / European guidelines
Present sales meetings, implement events to motivate the sales force
Control and follow the P&L per brand to achieve the objectives of the company, including A&P budget
Execute Media & PR plan, follow and rate media campaigns according to the company's KPIs
Plan & implement Consumer Activations / image projects (top doors / events in close relationship with the brand) co execute with retail team, in agreement with the brand
Run brand analysis (monthly / bimonthly / ad hoc / brand review / business review) and control the reporting of the area for the International Development and Brands
Ensure the implementation of national seminars, training roadshows
Lead the forecast of the Marketing Plan and the follow up of key BTL references to support the brand
Foster a good work atmosphere in the team to succeed in the objectives set
Work & collaborate with the other Brand Managers (Belgium & Holland) & the Brand Manager Assistant
Collaborate with all departments and be a key motivator around the brands managed
Experience : At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the Luxury and Cosmetics Industry or Retail.
Education : 4 or 5 year university degree, Major in Marketing, Management & Communication
Languages : Fluent in French, Dutch and English. Spanish would be a plus
Knowledge of global marketing including Media, PR & SoMe
Sensitivity to luxury, perfumes and cosmetics industry
Team work, leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the Belgian or Dutch market of Perfumes and Cosmetics would be a plus
