As an intern Recruiter, you will be at the heart of that goal, directly engaging with colleagues and candidates from a diverse array of backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identifying and attracting talented people by doing searches on job boards and cv databases, cv screenings, phone screenings
  • Writing job descriptions and posting them on different job boards
  • Coordination of the recruitment process by planning interviews and do follow-up’s
  • General support to the Senior Recruiter Team
  • Your profile :

    You’ll need to be naturally curious, ready to learn and have a genuine passion for finding the right people for the right roles.

  • Last year Master student in Psychology, Communication, Languages, Economics
  • A first experience in an HR department is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
  • Have a passion for talent attraction
  • Have excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Be a team player and not afraid to work autonomous
