The responsibilites of a Junior HR Officer include a variety of tasks such as :

Support recruitment processes (onboarding, sourcing, talent management, writing vacancies, ...)

Employer branding activities (participating in career fairs and events to attract employees, content creation on social media, ...)

Coordinate and organize local trainings and meetings

Provide assistance to the payroll team

The Junior HR Officer we are looking for has :

A Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally in HRM, Office Management or another relevant field

Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus

An enthusiastic and proactive approach

Good knowledge of MS Office

Very good communication skills
