We are looking for an experienced HR Technology Manager to strengthen the team. In this role, you will develop the following activities :

  • Become a trusted advisor to our clients in in the domain of HR Technology. Advise clients on the selection of the right HR Tech solution, a fitting HRIS roadmap and a viable HRIS implementation approach;
  • Guide your clients and project teams through the implementation of smaller and / or larger HRIS implementation journeys (managing scope, budget & time);
  • Help our business grow through impactful business development recognize and create opportunities, organize and lead bid teams, take part in marketing activities, develop and maintain an active network, etc.
  • Proactively carry out our HR Transformation mindset and High Impact model to the market
  • Continuously develop your knowledge and insights on HR Technology, HR-trends, HR service delivery models & core HR-processes.
  • Let’s talk about you

  • 6 -12 years of relevant domain experience, including client-facing consulting experience
  • Passion and a proven track record in leading HR Technology implementation journeys, achieving sustainable high impacts;
  • Experience with either SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday or ServiceNow is highly recommended. However, experience in other international HR Tech suites will also be very beneficial (Oracle PeopleSoft, Cornerstone, );
  • Good communication skills and being a strong team player;
  • Dedicated project manager - defining project scopes and budgets, writing proposals, managing resources, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and reporting on status;
  • Commercial attitude - you are able to identify opportunities and convert them into projects;
  • University degree. A post-graduate degree is an asset
  • You thrive in an international environment and like to travel where needed
  • Mandatory : Fluent in English and Dutch and / or French
