Media.Monks is looking for a Program Lead / Business Director to oversee a broad program of campaigns and content-production projects for a top-name automobile brand.
In this lead client-facing position, you’ll work at the intersection of business and production to bring forth first-rate projects.
What you'll do :
Work as part of our fast-growing team, in a newly formed content production partnership - where great coordination skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are a good foundation for you to succeed.
You’ll be the main responsible for the client, overseeing the work we do within the BeLux market.
You’ll be the interface between Media.Monks, partner agencies and the client.
You will help ramping-up the business and secure future opportunities - turning them into viable projects.
Oversee the program of projects, liaising between the client and our own Monks to kickstart new assignments, delegating tasks to dedicated production teams - globally.
Not just be our client’s go-to Monk : as a Business Monk you’ll be responsible for orchestrating the entire sales pipeline as well as overseeing the successful growth of the individual brands that sit within your client’s jurisdiction.
Act as a strategic partner throughout, who understands the client’s brand and business inside out. Developing a roadmap for continued success.
Safeguard revenue growth, you look after business planning and development to make sure we hit targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for new assignments that add value to all parties.
Meeting deadlines with precision and flagging those that aren’t attainable upfront.
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all parties.
This senior level role requires someone who’s experienced in managing large retainers.
6+ years experience in marketing agency, consultancy, production and / or client side and managing people and / or teams.
A passion for automotive. And although your previous client list may not fully reflect that, you’ll need to have a deep knowledge of the industry.
A background in delivering digital projects for automobile brands is a plus.
Fluent in English. Being fluent in Dutch / Flemish is a plus
Strong communication and relationship building skills with key partners and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale strategies and programs, with experience managing diverse sets of marketing programs mapping back to larger strategies and achieving key objectives.
Experience with campaigns
Managing multiple projects between multiple offices is no easy task and requires strong planning and communication skills.
You work hard but enjoy what you do and have fun in the process.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
