We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong desire to succeed!

As an Inside Sale Representative you will play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives for two regions : Germany, Austria, Switzerland on the one hand and the Nordic countries on the other hand.

Your main focus will be on finding sales opportunities through lead qualification / follow-up and by outbound cold calls and e-mails, both to prospective and current customers.

We are seeking for a candidate with a consistent record of understanding customer needs and requirements as well as the skills to close sales through a consultative sales approach that strives to find the right solution for our customers.

The ideal candidate has strong administration and organization skills and is able to cope with large amounts of detailed information to accurately handle all aspects of our internal processes.

A high proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German and / or Scandinavian languages is a strong asset.

You can work home based from one of the countries we operate in, being Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, France, the UK, Ireland or Spain.

  • Develop opportunities by researching and identifying potential and current accounts.
  • Prospect new leads and prepare information for outgoing sales calls to secure new customers.
  • Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution.
  • Accomplish departmental and organizational goals by accepting ownership for new initiatives.
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales members for further development and closure.
  • Contact new customers to establish relationship, promote solutions and understand customer research needs.
  • Maintain and expand CRM database of prospects with assigned territories.
  • Participate in sales activities including tradeshows, customer field visits with field sales representatives, regional or global sales meeting.
  • Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or related field required.
  • Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Previous experience in the Life Science market, preferably with a first experience in a sales role.
  • Experience and Proficiency with popular CRM’s (Salesforce) preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in German and / or Scandinavian languages is a plus.
