The trainee will be part of the team which is responsible for developing andengineering the chemical processes that are used in the manufacturing ofwiper systems.
This includes compounding of rubbers, injection moulding,extrusion, and surface treatment of high performance elastomers.
A seconddomain is the process development of paint systems (chemical pretreatments,electrochemical dip coating, electrostatic spray painting)
The student will have autonomy to work in laboratories and manufacturing toperform tests. He / she will support the responsible process developmentengineer or the responsible production engineer in project activities.
The trainees desk is in the office space of engineering staff that gives theassignments. The manager of the department of Chemical ProcessDevelopment will act as mentor.
At the end of learning programme the traineereceives feedback in a personal meeting with the manager and will receive asigned certificateRobert Bosch Tienen N.
