Solution Product Manager
The opportunity
We’re looking to hire a Point of Sales (POS) Solution Product Manager who will be in charge of different solutions across the POS terminal portfolio.
The position of Solution Product Manager is within the TSS (Terminals, Solutions & Services ) organization. The mission of TSS is to be the most trusted technology partner enabling the ecosystem in the new world of payments acceptance.
The Solution Product Manager is at the center of the organization to define new solutions, defend them and make them available to the entire organisation.
The role holder has a strong curiosity about technology and enough knowledge to elaborate on solutions with R&D teams. Thanks to their presentation abilities, they can defend a case to higher management and promote their solutions across the organisation.
They are in regular contact with global regions to follow up on the evolution of the market, collect requirements and present the evolutions of solutions.
You’re our ideal candidate if you have already a good understanding of the payment ecosystem, experience in scaling businesses across multiple geographies and experience in driving digital transformation in global companies.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Telium POS Solution Management in the Global Solution Development Division (GSD).
The Ingenico Products & Solutions are developed in the GSD Divisions and commercialised worldwide through the different Regions.
About the team
The TSS product portfolio for Point of Sales (POS) products is divided into different product lines in order to propose a complete range of products covering all segments of the market.
These products are equipped either with an Android platform (Axium products) or with a proprietary operating system (Tetra products).
For 2 years, TSS has engaged in a deep transformation program aiming at giving more value to Software and Solutions. The Solution Product Manager will play an important role in this transformation by contributing to the design of the Solutions that will be proposed in the future on its POS devices.
We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve our product proposition and build excellent solutions. The team consists of 5 people working on product definition, requirements, marketing, and presentation of the solutions to our global colleagues.
You will work closely with the R&D and communication team, the management and your peers in the main 4 regions of the World.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
The product manager in charge of Solutions will be responsible for the management of different software tracks that are covering the POS product range.
Signs of success
A successful hire supports and accelerates our solution offer by doing what they do best : defining and deploying solutions that are in line with our POS product strategy.
Moving from a one-off sales model to a more recurring revenue model. Through collaboration with other departments in the business, they will build our reputation as a trusted partner and thought leader in the online payment space.
