About the Role
SWIFT’s ES tribe (Enterprise Services) is looking for a SAP ABAP / 4 Lead Developer / System Engineer / Implementation Specialist to recruit.
In line with tribe objectives, policies and procedures, to advise, lead, control and follow through design, development of specifications, coding, testing and maintenance of high quality application software, tools and development projects

University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 10 years relevant experience in systems development with minimum 5 years exposure to SAP Abap development and ideally 2 years’ exposure to a technical authority role
Strong knowledge of ABAP programming with concrete experiences is required Knowledge of SAP Technical areas like Abap Object, Data Dictionary (DDIC), Authorization Objects, SAP Abap CDS, SAP BOPF, SAP Fiori and sapui5 is a must.
Create complex prototypes.
May be consulted on people- and departmental management issues.
