As a Project leader, your mission / purpose includes different main activities such as organizes, plans, drives and manages Telco and IT projects from initiation through closure according to Business and Technical Requirements, within the budget, costs and in the agreed planning.
Uses formal processes and tools to manage scope, resources, quality assurance, planning, budgets, risks and change management.
The Project Leader Is accountable for all project phases including the move to production and baby-sitting period which he / she will have carefully organize.
Defines the scope of the project including justification, objectives and deliverables. Sets up the Project Management Plan covering project organization, roles and responsibilities, schedules, resource, ROI, Governance, budget, risk and quality plan.
Gathers project team and leads and motivates the project contributors to complete deliverables in time and with the required level of quality.
Is the driving force to deliver and provides feed-back on the work delivered by the project contributors to their respective line managers.
Monitors project progress and ensures regular status reporting (including test results and status report) towards project stakeholders / management.
Closely controls schedules, cost, scope and risks to report any deviation and to propose mitigation actions Ensures appropriate and timely decision and visibility on the project through structured communication according to the governance framework and project management best practices.
Documents decisions in a systematic way. Captures lessons learned by consolidating feed-back from project contributors and stakeholders and ensures report to the business requestor on the project delivery.
Initiates and manages the RFP process when required and in close cooperation with the purchasing department and all other stakeholders with the objective to deliver the contract with the new provider.
Experience of minimum 2 or 3 years in Project management. Certification is a plus Independent user of English and French (reading, writing, and speaking).
Luxembourgish and / or German is a plus Good communicator : Ability to adapt his / her communication to the audience (Experts, Business and Management) Pragmatic, understand Technical, Business and Company constraints to set the right priority Flexible, eager to work on various projects and share experience Positive thinking and solution driven Discover our offer!
