This comprehensive mission will be build around 3 aspectsBusiness development : - as a Belgian market expert, you conduct, in collaboration with the existing teams, a solid market analysis to identify the market potentiel, competitors and all important stakeholders on the market.
You provide your insight on the specific needs of this market to the BeNeLux Head of Sales- as the ambassador of the company you develop its visibility and network in Belgium by regularly meeting prospects, presenting the solution to new companies and participating to networking events- as a true hunter you are responsible for generating new business- as a decision-maker, you take the lead on the country development and give the strategic direction to its growthAccount management : - providing your clients with a ""problem-based" approach" instead of a product-based approach, you make sure to understand the complexity of the issues faced by your clients to offer the most tailored and performant solution- you collaborate the internal teams around the project of your client to ensure the sucess of the solutionPeople Management : - you have the opportunity to recruit, hire and develop you own sales team (8p)- you become a mentor for junior and medior commercial profiles at the international level to share good practices and business excellenceAre you an authentic business developer looking for an innovative project ?
