The candidate’s principal role is to manage the day to day management of the corporate communication office and execution of all communication, PR and social media activities together with the leaders of the Corporate and Area Communications Leaders.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing executive interviews, event promotion, business development coverage, awards and competitions, social media activities, media and social media monitoring, and community management of all corporate websites and online Social Media channels.
The candidate must be an experienced communicator capable of engaging senior executives, managers and the company’s employees in order to support implementation of the global communication and reputation management strategy.
The candidate should be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future stakeholders internal and external.
That passion comes through as he / she engages with media and influencers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into guests and guests into fans.
He / she should be comfortable working across a matrix organization and able to work in close collaboration with external agencies.
As a Manager of the Corporate Communications team, the candidate must exceed all expectations on following Business Success Profiles : Strategic Understanding, Commercial Focus, Active Relationships, Quality Results, Problem Solving, People Management, and Passion & Integrity.
The candidate must possess creative writing and editing skills, digital asset creation skills, presentation skills, and possess strong understanding of the communication, PR, digital communication and social media networks and requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brands and / or Communications & PR
Five + years’ experience in communications, PR, marketing and social media agency experience preferred
Excellent project management skills
Excellent command of English written and spoken
Strong understanding and experience of Content marketing, Print copy, Digital copy, Researching, SEO, PPC, Content Management Systems, User experience and Social media channels
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to align with company’s and department’s initiatives
