As an HR Workday consultant, you will be part of the broader HR Consulting team. The HR Consulting team builds tailored people and organisation solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic ambitions and to create lasting, differentiated value.
We help clients to implement organisational transformation, improve the performance of their workforce, develop and move talent around their business, and manage their human capital risks.

As an HR Workday consultant, you will get the opportunity to help our clients leverage Workday technology as a tool to enhance and unify Human Resources.
You will focus on understanding the forces shaping their business and developing industry tailored solutions that support our clients through the entire lifecycle of the Workday implementation.
Acting as a true business partner, you will get to know their business and human capital processes so that you can zero in on bringing them strategic value through productivity and business effectiveness improvements with Workday.
What you’ll learn and do
As an HR Workday Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
You will assist clients throughout their digital transformation projects, from strategy through execution.
You will lead one or more HCM functional streams during Workday implementation projects.
You will help the client to define the business requirements, challenge them and provide advice based on best practices.
You will be responsible for designing and optimising HR business processes, in line with business requirements and best practices.
You will be responsible for Workday configuration and testing.
You will act as an HR advisor throughout the Workday implementation.
Who you are
You have a master's degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, (Applied) Economics option HRM or Commercial Engineering.
You have experience in HCM Core Workday configuration and / or Time Tracking / Absence Management Workday configuration.
You are Workday HCM Core certified.
Being Workday Time Tracking and / or Absence certified is a plus.
You have completed at least one full Workday implementation (design, configuration, test, deploy, hypercare)
You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
You are creative and eager to solve challenging problems.
You enjoy being client facing as from day one.
You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being able to work with high flexibility and independently.
You are keen to take on new challenges and to continuously learn.
You are sociable and communicative, while embracing an inclusive environment
