As Country Manager your main responsibilities will be to :
Develop the team (almost from scratch) by recruiting sales & support profiles
Manage, coach, train & drive your team
Develop the sales & business development strategy
Implement, follow & monitor the team's KPIs
Be on the field to develop the business as well
Support your team (negotiations, conflicts, etc)
Manage administrative tasks (financial, payroll, etc.)
Manage P&L, report to the management
Be a trusted partner for the CEO
The successful candidate will have the following qualities :
Relevant experience in B2B sales
Experience in the Software sector is an asset
Fluent in French, English - Dutch is a strong asset
Experience in recruiting & managing a team
Experience in managing a P&L
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication & presentation
Ability to federate, drive & motivate a team
Ability to have both an operational & strategic mindset
