Reports to the Global Retail Director
Management of HR, Finance, Marketing / E-commerce and Sales teams (2 areas managers)
Cross-functional management : product management, stock planning, sales administration
Management of the Purchasing, Style and Product Innovation teams to adjust products and collection according to the market specificities
Analyze and optimize the market by managing our Etam shops (37 points of sales)
Implementing the strategy of development for new openings and negotiate better partnerships
Managing the Business unit and driving the Retail sales
You have a strong experience in Retail and knowledge of the Fashion industry.
You also have a strong understanding of how the business operates in Belgium.
Your interpersonal skills are excellent at all levels (people management, leadership, good communicator).
Fluency in French, English and Dutch is required.
