Job Description - GFS Channel & Subcontractor Execution Leader (006F1Q)Job Description GFS Channel & Subcontractor Execution Leader - 006F1QThe SEL is responsiblefor ensuring that the services are delivered comprehensively, on time, tobudget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications) byExternal Company called Partner.

The SEL ensures theprojects are effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide rangeof stakeholders externally.

The SEL is also responsible for allocating andutilizing Partner resources in a safe, cybersecure and efficient manner andmaintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.

Among the goals for the SEL are perfect respect of operation agreementrequirements notably for Safety, cybersecurity, Customer Satisfaction,profitability, Business FS opportunities and IB data.

This includes setting upan adequate operations organization and process to support Schneider VIPcustomers. Manage the partnerships taking in account Partner expectations in a Win-Winrelationship.

The SEL will define properKPIs to follow-up Partnerships through periodic review meetings. A difference will be done between Certified Sub-contractor(CSS) and simple Sub-contractor.

He will be help to manage Sub-contractors thatcould remain in the scope of Coordinators / planners / Project managers forspecific jobs.

EssentialResponsibilities : Participates with FS OPS Director to define the CountryOperation Service Strategy to service customers on Direct route to perform orby delegation to Operation Certified Partners.

This has to be reviewedperiodically. The strategy is related to the Make or Buy FS Playbook card.Ensures Safe and Cybersecurity operations with Sub-contractors.

Is responsible for Cybersecurity deployment program within subcontractors and internal FS teamsEnsures a proper walkthrough of Partnerships into the country withinthe Schneider CS-Subcontractor policy.

Ensures notably that an Operation Service Agreement is signedwith each and every CSS according to Schneider Partnership Policy and localrules of law.

Ensures that Ordering and invoicing processes are clearlydefined with CSS according to Schneider local strategy.Ensures that Supply-Chain (products and spare parts) are clearlydefined between Schneider and CSS.

Manages accesses toSchneider Information Systems if needed and according to evolutions.Maintains documentation forassigned tasks (ERP / CRM)Is responsible for the quality and the profitability of the CSS FieldServices delivery to customers.

Ensures that the planning and coordination of the interventionsare correctly managed by Coordinators with CSS.Ensures that the Technical Escalation Process is setup between CSSFSRs and Schneider organization.

Ensures that CSS processes are compliant with Schneider I2P (Incidentto Prevention), quality processes for any severe customer issue and / orrecall / FSB (Field Services Bulletin) coming from BU.

Ensures that operational, maintenance, emergency, cybersecurityand safety procedures are developed and strictly followed between SchneiderCoordinators and Partners.

Analyses and reports on CSS field service performance (backlog, margin,utilization rate, execution )Ensures that Coordinators follow-up of CSS Daily activitiesincluding oversight of field operations toEnsures efficient and effective implementation of theoperational expectation of our customers.

Ensures efficient and regular communications between SchneiderTeams (Operation and Sales Services and BUs) and CSS. Tight coordination isrequired.

Drives the Service KPIs as defined by management to maximizeService goals. Uses the KPIs to identify weaknesses in the Service delivery andtakes appropriate actions as needed with Partners.

Participates with Sales in the review of all RFQ and bid specificationfor required Service.Participates to projects hand-over meetings with Sales Participates in salesbudgeting and overall initiativesWorks with FS OPSLeader in order to provide resource plan every year to the FS VP to accompanythe FS Sales growth, per geography and skills.

Main interactions : FS OPS Leader, Customers, Coordinators, CSS, Quality &H&S, GFSKey Success FactorsAnticipates resource planning according IB and BusinessevolutionCapacity to negotiate with external company, skills in localrules of law.

Close relationship with Operation and Services Sales to ensuredelivery capabilities on significant deals Focus on skills development and Performance management Education / Skills : The successful candidate should have at least masters inengineering degree in applied electricity, electronics / industrial sciences ormechanical systems, Sales and skills in Company contracting with five years’experience in Field Services and 2 years leadership experience.
