The Opportunity

Are you a highly motivated person who is looking for a challenging presales function with the main Belgian financial institutions as clients?

Do you have an expertise in card payments business (card issuing and / or ATM acquiring)? Or do you have expertise in Open Banking, Digital banking, Chabot's, ?

Or are you very interested in at least one of these domains? Then this position as Business Consultant could be your perfect match!

Your Job

As Business Consultant you have a strong focus on the clients and their needs. You're the key person for our clients to discuss our product & service offering.

You maintain, with other colleagues of the team, the product roadmap for the regional clients. In this role you discuss with product teams on evolutions, new products and services, and assess the opportunities for the regional market.

You prepare the product roadmap for the client account teams, and take their feedback from the clients into account.

During workshops with the clients, you're leading the capturing of their requirements and the business context.

Within the internal Worldline organisation, you're the "partner" of the client, by supporting and encouraging the delivery teams to come up with the best fitting solution for the client.

You support the team that works on the offer towards the client, in various ways : translating the technical solution into a value proposition, assessing the winning price, preparing and assisting in the presentation of the offer to the client,

As "partner" of the clients, you advise the clients how they can optimize their business case.

Your profile

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a presales role in ICT services
  • You have knowledge of card payment business, open banking, digital banking, or you are very interested in these domains
  • You have a university degree
  • You have a strong client focus
  • You are able to build trust relationships with the client
  • You are an active listener
  • You have a drive for results
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have excellent presentation skills
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
  • You have very good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
