About the Position The Contrast Security Go-To-Market team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive marketing launches, product go-to-market programs, and help improve cross-functional processes.

We are looking for an individual contributor with the agility to facilitate multiple cross-functional projects / programs that will accelerate our growth.

As an ideal candidate you will be highly skilled with project management, operational planning, business intelligence, analytics, facilitation, reporting and communication.

You will working with our Product Management, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive new products to market, measure and report out performance.


  • Develop and implement program plans for product, marketing and go-to-market programs / projects’
  • Partner with team leads to define scope and goals, and forecast milestone and completion dates
  • Analyze and create data visualization to provide actionable insights for our teams
  • Build dashboards and custom reports to track key metrics, empower other team members with data, and investigate business questions
  • Execute deep-dive analysis addressing key business issues and present findings to stakeholders
  • Demonstrate great judgment in quickly forming actionable, data-driven conclusions in the face of uncertainty
  • Proactively lead change, identify potential risks, and effectively communicate and escalate as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles
  • Develop processes and prioritization system with leadership team
  • Manage special projects as needed, and assist organization for the wider Go To Market team
  • Build and maintain relationships across organizations, with teams, and individuals
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Enterprise project management experience
  • Experience with large cross-functional projects, marketing launches and campaigns
  • Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills
  • Reliable with proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives by influence
  • Attention to detail and results oriented
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities, including multiple products
  • Ability to clearly communicate across levels of the organization and departments in writing, orally and interpersonally
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience working with distributed teams
