Your ROLE with usGENERAL SUMMARYYou will join the Kipling Operations team that ensures the right product, at the right place, in the right time within all different distribution channels, contributing in all Supply and Inventory activities and make sure excellent service levels are achieved while keeping the inventory levels at target.
You will coordinate the on time product delivery to the EU DC, the on time sample delivery and direct shipments with our sourcing teams in Asia.
You will work in close contact with sales, customer service, VF Asia Sourcing, logistics and distribution teams to ensure a good information flow and proper communications.
You are reporting to the Supply Planning Manager.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Follow-up of purchase orders and order requirements, supporting the EMEA business plan.
Follow-up inbound shipments and give input to the Inbound Logistics team on container priorities
Manage the direct shipments process from Supply side and connect with Customer service, logistics and Sales.
Coordinate Salesman Samples, Special Make-Ups, MFO productions.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with regards to supply related issues. Execute action plans upon agreement.
Preparing reports on daily, bi-weekly and on seasonal basis.
Arrange for quarterly inventory reclass.
Propose and initiate process improvements to gain efficiency and reduce cost.
Report on supply / demand allocation levels and connect with the Customer service for corrective action.

Internal : Operations / Merchandising / CS / Sales / VF Asia sourcing / Warehouse / Operations teams of other regions / Operations teams other VF brands
External : NAQUALIFICATIONSThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and / or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
Education : bachelor or master degree
Experience : few years similar function in Supply chain and Inventory
Language skills : Fluent in English, speak and write.
Analytical Skills : very good excel skills. Knowledge of Access and AS400 is an asset.COMPETENCIES
Very good with numbers / accurate / team player / strong written and verbal communication skills. Capable of working with deadlines in fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
