Position and missions

As an HR business partner, you are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for Life Sciences (LS) Platforms :

  • Align with platform managers on their recruitment needs
  • Find the right candidates via different job boards, convince them about BDLS as a top employer and hire the right candidates
  • Create and propose competitive compensation packages considering internal and external equity
  • Establish a flawless process of contracting and hiring including creation of competitive compensation packages, lean administrative process and alignment with the compensation and benefits department
  • Establish a flawless process as well of freelancer’s contracting follow-up
  • You also take part in BDLS positioning on the market as the go-to employer : you initiate and drive employer branding initiatives from conception to implementation, including a referral campaigns, management of career page, contacts with schools and universities.

    You have a supporting role in the employee journey, alongside the Learning and Development team :

  • Support L&D in the onboarding process for LS Consulting
  • Support the managers and L&D in the follow-up of LS employees and their careers
  • Support the implementation of HR processes and tools in the LS perimeter

  • Master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, (social) Law or in a related field of study
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment or other HR related matters
  • Knowledge in the Life Sciences activities
  • You understand the different types of contracts, salary structure and salary components
  • Sociable and pleasant personality, open minded and collaborative
  • You are driven with a commercial attitude, not afraid to go the extra mile
  • Autonomous self-starter and proactive, you take initiatives
  • You do well with administrative tasks and planning / organizing
  • Always eager to learn new HR tools and expand your knowledge
  • Dutch or French speaking and a very good knowledge in English
