Position summary : Differentiate & create innovative added-value for AXA through customer-centric service design in collaboration with key accounts across the Benelux region.
The purpose of the job is to help AXA Partners in the development of its ambitious growth plans in the Benelux region by supporting the definition & development of the Market Strategy, Value Proposition and communication carriers in line with our sectorial Business Partner’s needs.
Our commercial approach consists out of tailoring & inventing solutions to solve end customer needs, which are distributed by our Business Partners resulting in a financial gain.

Working with sales & distribution, 3 business units (P&C, Health & Protection) and 3 professional families (Finance & General Secretary, IT & HR) in AXA Partners Benelux geography, approximately 280 FTE’s
Member of the Sales and Marketing team of AXA Partners Benelux
Local function in contact with all levels of the organization Key responsabilities : Assumes a key role in AXA Assistance’s innovation processes for the Benelux markets
Implement a culture of innovation within the company by encouraging the open expression of new ideas and by removing all technical and cultural barriers for innovation
Monitors and reports on market trends and specific innovative domains like smart home, connected health, self-driving cars and the sharing economy with specific focus on the Benelux markets.
Recognizes and nurtures innovative opportunities while identifying and managing associated risks
Develops ideas into concepts and detailed product requirements through "fail fast" cycles with interactive mock-ups, proof-of-concepts and pilots
Implements, monitors and reports a stage-gate process with clearly defined innovation KPI's to ensure alignment with business objectives
Guards the delicate balance between customer needs, AXA Partners Group strategy and the company's operational requirements.
Works closely with Sales, Marcom, Customer Centricity, Legal, Finance, Network and IT
Identifies, engages and promotes the interaction with other entities within the AXA GroupInitiates & develops open innovation and co-
creation programs with strategic partners and key accounts
Facilitator and key contributor in customer / partner workshops
Lead rapid prototyping sessions
Create innovation and conference presentations as required
Market Intelligence : Identify, document and follow-up the market trends .
Statistics : collect all relevant demographic & socio-cultural statistics that help to model our market
Trends : Follow-up and document all political, economic, socio-cultural, technological, ecological & legal evolutions that potentially affect our business.
Customers B2B : assess goals, fears & strategy of companies in our key sectors.
Customers B2C : Identify end customer likes, pains & desires per segment.
Channels : Document the likes, pains & desires of our distribution channels.
Competition : Monitor the strategy, offering & USP's per key competitor or new entrants.
Assists conferences, trade shows, sector events and meeting with strategic partners
Bachelor or master degree in marketing, economics, communication
5 years working experience in B2B environment, ideally in a high tech, energy, financial or telecom sector
French and Dutch speaking and Fluent written and spoken English;
Innovation experience desired; Market Research, Customer Insights and / or Design Thinking experience
