What you will be doing
HR-IS processes are key in managing data and processes to support HR at all levels (site, country / region and global). As HR Systems Coordinator you are part of the global HR-
IS team. You coordinate day-to-day system maintenance, implement new requirements through project management and analysis and you keep track of new evolutions in the HR-IS domain.
You build HR IS systems, identify and manage projects, analyse and design the solutions for new requirements and align local and global developments.
You consult and advise senior leadership on best practices in HR - IT systems.
You run the HR-IS processes, together with the team, ensuring a consistent and optimized HR Systems landscape (SAP-HR / SuccessFactors / ), including interfaces with other applications such as FI / CO, cloud applications.
You are in charge of the maintenance (support packs and new releases) on the HR-IS systems with IS, HR regions and suppliers, and of the issue logging, solving and documenting.
You coordinate the operational work (support and project) with outsourcing partners.
You ensure that the local IS teams and external suppliers provide high quality service with respect to design and technical support / advice.
You give operational and technical assistance to the HR community, support end users where needed by giving training or assistance in testing, and provide 2nd level and 3rd level support on all HR applications.
You make detailed analysis and design of new requests from the HR regions which are the basis for the development teams of our suppliers.
You follow up on planned and consumed supplier budgets and explore new technologies for the future (cloud, mobile ).
Who we are looking for
You have a university degree or equivalent through experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing HR-IT projects.
You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
Extensive and in-depth knowledge with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR-IT.
You have in-depth knowledge, functional and technical, of HR / IS Systems, SAP modules and Successfactors, and a basic technical knowledge of programming and customizing.
You are hands-on, with a good knowledge of all functional HR processes, and able to challenge these before adapting or automating them.
You are skilled in business process engineering and aware of IT Technology trends.
You can prioritize, plan and coordinate.
You are customer orientated, decisive and hands-on.
You have good communicating and negotiation skills.
Analysing is a strength of yours.
You are a team player who like to take initiative.
