The HR Generalist is responsible for the Compensation & Benefits and HR administration. He / She will also provide support in the areas of performance management, employee relations, onboarding and will be involved in various other HR processes and projects.
This position reports to the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Act as a point of contact for employees across the EMENA regionSupport with employee relations issues. This includes the employee engagement survey, employee counselling, conducting and follow-up on retention interviews, end of trial reviews, exit interviews;
Act as engagement champion (or willingness to transition into this role)Fully execute the payroll and salary administration process across the EMENA region, excl.
Belgium. Support in the Belgian payroll & salary administration;Benefits administration and enrolment;Deliver and administer the HR onboarding & offboarding processAssist in preparing package proposals, employment contracts and updating templates following the local labor laws;
Administer all HR ISO documents such as job descriptions, training schedules;Administer HR policies, such as company car policy & process, travel & expense policy, labor handbooks, Code of Conduct, GDPR;
Assist in key Comp & Ben processes, such as the annual salary review process, the annual budgeting process and the bonus process;
Maintain all HR systems (including performance management system, budget planning tool, employee database, training database ) completely up to dateAct as a back-up (during leave periods) for the Compensation & Benefits Manager;
Act as a back-up of Recruitment Specialist (during leave periods) for recruitment & selection.Ensures that all people practices are in compliance with the policy, government, regulatory and legal entities.
Min. Bachelors degree;
3 years' experience in a relevant function is a plus, preferably in an international environment;Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written) is required;
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
