S&OP Functional Analyst

Mission and Key Tasks
As member of the Supply Chain IT team, the S&OP Functional Analyst is supporting, maintaining and improving the global Arkieva template for the S&OP and Demand Planning processes.
This role is responsible for translating business requirements into relevant system solutions.
Main responsibilities
Validation, implementation and documenting of the changes approved by the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Participate in projects ensuring a qualitative implementation of new solutions as defined in the blueprint
Provide second line support to the business users via the helpdesk tool
Customizing of new setups in close co-operation with other team members
Develop changes in SQL
Define, safeguard and improve the Ontex worldwide business applications template to support the end-to-end business scenarios
Collaborate on improving the enterprise architecture and project governance
Background and Experience
University degree or equal by experience
3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience
Familiar with the different business scenarios
Ability to convert business requirements into a technical design
Strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active and result driven attitude
Team player
Eager to learn
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
Working in an international environment and willing to travel occasionally for international projects
