WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coordinate and perform daily payroll activities in partnership with the social secretary. You will also be the point of contact for all payroll topics within Vaillant & Bulex.
Develop programs for rewards, compensation and allowances, taking into consideration the means available in order to achieve an optimal pay policy.
Implement projects regarding compensation & benefits in accordance with the predetermined HR-policy and the subsequent realization of the Compensation & Benefits-
policy of the organization.
Execute salary studies to gain insight in the organization’s reward position in the market.
Maintenance of the existing personnel management systems regarding compensation & benefits with the goal of retaining a correct and complete oversight of the individual rewards.
Act as internal specialist towards line management regarding compensation & benefits and maximizing your knowledge and insight within the field by continuously following up on the most recent developments and tendencies.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
You have a bachelor or master diploma in HR
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and show interest in ERP
Knowledge and / or experience with eBlox, SAP and Protime is a plus
You possess an analytical mind and a fresh view on things
You are goal orientated, able to set priorities and effectively work towards results
You are accurate, social and strong verbally as well as written.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
