You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferable in Economic, Finance or legal field.
You have an extensive and substantial years (minimum 5 years) of experience, with progressive responsibility, in Contract Management.

Managing a performing team of 6 contract management officers.
Define and implement a new Contract Management strategy to reach the long and medium-term objectives. You draw your own business plan and translate this into action.
Ensure the quality and punctual processing of contract modification requests during the life of the contract (modification of parameters, addition / withdrawal of services and accessories) as well as contract closures
Ensure that all the administrative steps of the files assigned to your team are processed correctly.
Ensure regular telephone contact with our customers and dealers and of course with your colleagues in other ALD departments.
Collect the information necessary for the adaptation and closing of contracts.
Ensure the improvement of the quality of the processes and further optimize the systems.
Supporting various departments with analyses and budget preparations.
Overseeing and participate in the development, implementation and execution of various projects.
You will report to the Pricing Manager.
