We work hand-in-hand with our colleagues in the other PwC Advisory teams to develop, deploy and run operational solutions combining best experience, best methodologies and best technologies.

What you’ll learn and do
As a (Digital) Sales & Customer Service Officer / Specialist, your goal is maximum customer satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with your customers by providing high-quality day-to-day operational support and assisting customers with sales orders, managing complaints along with a wide range of other activities.
You will work with project managers on a daily basis.
As part of the PwC community, you will also have to focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement in order to create an uninterrupted value stream.
You will provide high-quality services and continuously seek excellence in your daily tasks.
On certain projects, you will be part of the digitalisation journey of our clients, by helping them to benefit from the growing importance of e-commerce and to increase their market share in the long term.
You will be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities.
Managing the (Digital) Sales Orders Management process from start to finish :
Coordination and administration of the sales order process : register stock movements, make goods reservations, plan orders, perform consistency checks between orders and delivery schedules, etc.
Complex management of cross-border and inter-company flows to process sales orders.
Complex management of the outbound process and of different types of stocks to fulfil sales orders.
Follow-up of all aspects related to the handling of orders placed by customers in line with the company’s quality standards.
Be responsive and inform the customer at all times about the progress of the service provided.
Keep the customer database up to date.
Create and handle required document templates for customers.
Ensure a correct and timely invoicing of goods and services.
Always looking for continuous improvement :
Help to improve the process and the organisation.
Discuss possibilities with the team leader and other team members to implement new solutions.
Participate in internal or external projects aimed at streamlining processes and increasing efficiency in daily operations.
Providing customer support :
Answer any questions / concerns / issues from customers.
Support communication between the customers and the company.
Actively collect customer feedback and feed it back to the project managers in order to improve the approach. Ensure a quick and efficient management of all customer requests including contacting the relevant internal and external stakeholders and coordinating all actions required to provide customers with the necessary information.
Provide support by email / phone in the case of process- or system-related questions, concerns or issues.
Establish and maintain efficient communication with all stakeholders.
Daily reporting of customer requests and incidents to your project manager.
Supporting the project management :
Consolidate all important files (minutes, contracts, deliverables, invoicing, etc.)
Support communication between various stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and client meetings and drafting of minutes of meetings.
Acting as the right-hand of the project / programme manager and helping him / her with any ad hoc activities.
Create and update the customer support playbook to build a consistent way of working.
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Interest for web-based technologies
Fluent in English, French and Dutch (both written and spoken)
Fluency in Spanish and / or Italian is an asset
Keen to help PwC customers get the best possible experience in their journey
Curious and keen to learn and develop his knowledge and skills
Interested in hands-on experience
