The Cloud Operations Team Lead will be responsible for the global deployment of our SaaS solution and providing Level 2 Technical Support to our customers.
You will play an important role in collaborating with the different internal departments such as R&D, Product Management, Implementation team, Customer Care, Infrastructure team and Level 1 Support team globally.
To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated hands-on experience in Cloud Operations and have a good understanding on IT service management processes and service KPIs-
SLAs. You should have a natural curiosity to gain in-depth expertise on our technology stack. You must be highly organized and able to motivate the other team members to strive for operational excellence.

Maintain, monitor and support technology and customer operational environments
Ensure accurate and timely activity and issue updates in ou r ITSM tool
Monitor and manage applications, databases, and web servers to proactively predict and prevent impending issues and maintain 24 / 7 / 365 Service Availability
Ensure documentation is developed and maintained
Building the effectiveness, the productivity and the performance of the team

Fostering collaboration and building relationships with project / development teams within the business

Bachelor’s degree is a must
Experience in a SaaS driven environment
Experience in Containerization technologies
2+ years of proven track record in Azure Cloud Technologies
Certifications and / or proven proficiency in one or more Azure technologies
People management experience
Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English
Excellent customer facing / customer service skills
Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders located on-site or at other Stylelabs and Sitecore remote locations.
Ability to prioritize and manage a number of diverse tasks
Strong work ethic, attitude and follow through ability
Strong working knowledge of Linux and understanding of Linux-based software stacks
Knowledge about NoSQL databases like Redis, ElasticSearch, MongoDB
Knowledge about Infrastructure automation frameworks like Ansible, Terraform, ...
Knowledge of monitoring technologies
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like Jira Service Desk, Service Now, ...
Knowledgeable about on-call management tools like OpsGenie, PagerDuty,
Experience with content management systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), business process management (BPM) applications is a plus
