As a Medical Advisor you will be responsible for working with the company’s trusted brands across women’s health and other important therapeutic areas.
The Medical Advisor holds primary responsibility within the Benelux for the development and execution of the Medical Affairs Plans in the therapeutic areas under the guidance and supervision of the Cluster Medical Lead.
Additionally, the Medical Advisor provides Medical Affairs therapeutic area support through engaging with Scientific Leaders (SLs) / Key Decision Makers (KDMs), driving scientific initiatives and supporting the field force.
In this role you will report into the Cluster Medical Lead and will join a new team together with two Medical Service Specialist.

Provide therapeutic / functional training to assigned teams and affiliate functions.Develop and help execute Benelux medical educational programs and symposiaMedical Strategy and Therapy Leadership Translate Global Medical Strategies into research, data analysis, scientific communication, educational, and other tactics and solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance access in the Benelux.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between field and Medical through providing scientific and medical support to the Commercial team and support therapy training content for the Sales team.
Successfully collaborate, provide scientific inputs, and lead resolution of Regulatory queries / issues.Provide scientific inputs into local Access plans and activities necessary for product reimbursementSupport creation of Medical Affairs Plans along with the TA and Cluster Medical LeadYour profileMedical degree, PhD in health sciences, Pharm D or equivalent.
Minimum two years Medical Science Liaison or Medical Advisor experience.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations) and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Experience of relevant pharmaceutical industry guidelines (MA Code of Conduct), regulatory / reimbursement framework and clinical research guidelines.
Demonstrate analytical skills and a solid understanding of research methodology.Ability to travel extensively (up to 60% of working week).
