Group Learning & Development Manager
As our Group Learning & Development Manager you develop and nurture a global culture of lifelong learning through the design, implementation, ongoing measurement and improvement of learning and development solutions.
You contribute in this way to the development of Puratos, our international family company, as a sustainably high performing organization and attractive employer.
You analyze the short and longer-term learning and development priorities of the global Puratos organization resulting from the business strategy and its talent implications.
You take into account geographic, cultural and functional specificities in terms of development of know-how, skills, behavior and improvement of performance.
You translate the needs into and ensure delivery of highly impactful and cost-effective blends of on the job learning, social learning and formal learning with continuous attention for selection and relationship management of global L&D content and technology suppliers with a focus on value creation and risk management.
You manage the annual Global Learning & Development program in collaboration with the internal and external content / course providers.
You advise and assist countries and / or regions with the implementation of the local / regional learning content in line with the group learning priorities and you assist in managing local learning initiatives in the LMS.
Within the global HRIS system, you develop and continuously improve the learning management system (LMS) allowing a perfect user experience, easy (local) administration as well as excellent reporting functionality.
You define and monitor relevant KPI’s measuring the adoption, effectiveness and impact of our L&D programs and investments.
You manage the annual group L&D budget and provide training & development budget guidelines to countries. You monitor and report the spent on global and local learning initiatives
You continue the implementation of the LMS across the entire Puratos organization.
Who are we looking for?
You have a Master’s level University degree in Education or related fields
You have at least 5 years of experience in talent or learning & development roles, preferably in an international context and within the manufacturing industry
You are experienced with HRIS & L(C)MS
You have a passion for developing others and oneself with a strong business mindset
You have strong communication skills : you are a good listener, communicator and networker
You inspire a can do / make happen attitude
You are a creative, conceptual, system focused thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
You have extensive project & process management experience with a continuous improvement mindset
You have an excellent knowledge of English. Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
