For Watts we are looking for a Sales Manager Solutions.


Essential and other important responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following :

  • You are in charge of the Benelux Solutions Team and associated Key Accounts.
  • You take the lead in the Benelux projects sales operations and its’ follow-up.
  • You are able to create specialised quotes in the area of industrial projects and applications.
  • You are also in charge of introducing and implementing the continuous growth of our industrial product range.
  • You are proficient in offering technical support to your team, to colleagues in OEM and wholesale as well as to our customers.
  • As a Sales Manager, you are able to advise your team, colleagues in OEM and wholesale and customers and guiding them in the process of selecting the appropriate products from our Watts Family of Brands.
  • You work closely together with our production sites in different regions. Solutions driven, you are in continuous search of opportunities our range of products can offer in a wide variety of segments.
  • You cooperate with industrial partners and continue our existing relationship with these partners, assuring a continuous growth.
  • Your natural basis of trust and common sense of diplomacy are highly regarded skills.
  • You are reporting to the Sales Leader Benelux with a dotted line to the Sales Manager Solutions Europe.

    You are minimal a Professional Bachelor, preferably in a technical domain and / or background. You have a proven track of commercial feeling.

    Any management experience or similar is a plus. You dispose of excellent communication skills, are enthusiastic, are dynamic and have a customer-oriented focus.

  • The MS-Office suite does not hold any secrets for you and you master the English and French language both spoken and written;
  • knowledge of the German language is a plus.


    May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical work setting.
