The Support and Service Specialist solves Digital Dentistry support tickets and supports data processing activities.

Main Responsibilities of the Position :

  • Supports customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland for Digital Dentistry solutions according to the support procedures.
  • Offering services to support ongoing technical projects, performing related data acquisition and processing and prototype production activities.
  • Supporting dealer partners.
  • Collecting customer feedback about the performance of products in the market.
  • Qualifications

  • Passionate about understanding the daily business of our customers.
  • You have a strong interest in the field of digital dentistry from a technical point of view.
  • Good communication and teaching skills.
  • Problem solver with an analytical mindset, who has patience with customers.
  • You are fluent in English and German both written and verbally.
  • Any other language is an advantage
