Position Description :
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications Professional who willbring flair and enthusiasm to the team along with innovative ideas.
As our Services Marketing Manager you should be a self-starter entrepreneurialindividual, capable of multitasking, not afraid of tight deadlines and lookingfor results that you will deliver.
You should bring wealth of experienceworking inside the international marketing environment with widely spread teamand responsibilities.
Your responsibilities are :
Provide marketing support via established and innovative routes and workwith EMEA and Region HQ staff to develop a marketing strategy that supportsrecurring Services revenue growth
Promote Lenovo products by developing brand awareness for our serviceofferings and ensure maximum coverage and visibility for Services offerings incentrally driven marketing campaigns
Manage the Lenovo Services EMEA marketing communication including internalsales tools, tactics and promotions, internal sales portal, channel BusinessPartners communication and portals, external Services web pages and customernewsletter
Manage creation of marketing material, both Internal and External to promotethe Services portfolio and division, this will include localization of globalmaster templates and management of translations within approved budget
Work with Marketing and Sales enablement teams to bring Services offer incentrally driven campaigns and assist in developing and reviewing sales andmarketing material
Support the EMEA Sales Enablement Team in delivering service collateral andregular portfolio updates. This will involve working with a small team inSlovakia, and a team of business development managers in all of our majorcountries across EMEA geography
Co-operation with brand product managers and regional executives to promoteand generate Services together with hardware products within their regions
Position Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years’ experience directly in similarroles
Sales and Marketing Experience - technical B2B sales and marketing skills,internal sales communication with a sense of integrated marketingcommunication, creative production and advertising, promotion, marketresearch, developing and selling concepts etc.
Excellent presentation skills and Excellent written and verbal skills business fluent English (Knowledge of another language is a plus)
Process focused : to be able to follow and apply policies, procedures andsystems of the company. Understand the requirements and impacts from allstakeholders, working with Operations and WW Services Teams to ensure smooth,lean and efficient delivery of outcomes for customers.
Solid working experience with MS Office tools, especially MS PowerPoint.Adobe InDesign working knowledge is an advantage.
Willingness to travel based on the needs of the business (approx. 30%).
