For our offices in Europe , we are currently looking for an Office 365 Specialist with the focus on SharePoint, PowerAutomate and PowerApps .
The role of our internal communication team is to build awareness, understanding and engagement of our business transformation journey and its objectives, progress and achievements.
We want to achieve this the development, delivery and evaluation of effective communications through a multitude of channels and engagement techniques.
As the communication strategy is built on the Office 365 toolsuite, we are currently inforcing the team with an Office 365 specialist.
You are responsible for :
Build workflows and applications within Office 365 PowerApps and PowerAutomate to enhance our SharePoint based digital workplace
Develop ways to gather metrics and create dashboards regarding communication and employee commitment
Work with the internal communications team and various business stakeholders to support communication activities with more interactivity and two-way communication components
Work with team to ensure an integrated employee communications and engagement plan across the business
Organize and lead the virtual internal communication team meetings to identify opportunities, co-ordinate local communication activities and maintain best communications practice
Acting as the communications point of contact for requirements for regional and / or divisional communications support, developing digital options that fit within our Dedalus communication strategy and toolset
Your Profile :
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Communication and / or Office Management
Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, PowerAutomate and PowerApps are mandatory
An understanding of Internal Communications, in particular how to communicate effectively
Ability to work under pressure as part of a project team with experience of delivering communications and engagement strategies for large projects
Digital and social media tools (including Google analytics, engagement tools)
Developing and delivering successful internal digital and social media campaigns
Good written and verbal communication skills with an eye for accuracy and consistency
Fluent in English and at least one other company language (DE, FR, IT, ES)
