As a member of the Site Management Team, you'ill realize the operational and strategic Production Site Plan of our plant in Groot-Bijgaarden (GB), with focus on the people component and through the implementation of the HR strategy, processes and tools.
Drive the development and transformation of the GB production site towards operational excellence, for the people related components, within the context of the new normal’ (digitalization, sustainability).
Strategy : contribute to the operations / business strategy for the production site by helping to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, people, behaviors, structures, and processes, in line with Puratos Values & Magic
Change Management : support the Site Manager & mgt team in the transformation & change process
Planning / budgeting : coordinate forecasting and planning of the headcount and talent pipeline requirements in line with the operations / business strategy
Drive the people & HR processes (workforce planning, recruiting, induction & onboarding, performance management, training / competency development, talent review, internal communication, reward / recognition, ) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future requirements and that headcount needs and productivity targets are met.
Engagement : together with the management teams, develop and assist in the implementation and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the engagement plan
Employee relations : manage union relationship for the site / entity and ensure compliance with law & collective agreements
Talent and Leadership development : ensure that the leadership, coaching and feedback culture is properly cascaded through the organization;
ensure that talent review actions are implemented
Consulting : provide expert advice and coaching to managers & employees where appropriate
Continuous improvement : influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes, integrating employee and line Management feedback towards a better employee experience.
Who are we looking for?
Min. 10 years experience in HR role(s) in comparable manufacturing and / or commercial organization; successful track record in change / transformation in a production environment and operational excellence programs
Good understanding and application of social laws and regulations. Union experience a plus
Change-management skills : ability to facilitate discussions around change and transformation
Strong communication skills : a good listener, communicator and presenter. Ability to communicate in business terms
Digital acumen : fluency in Microsoft Office, affinity with software supported processes and reporting tools (HRIS / SuccessFactors), ability to analyze and interpret data
Dutch, French, English : both written and verbal
Master level (law, psychology )
