You will :
Generate new business opportunities over the phone and in person dealing with client requests;
Make account management your priority
Create long term relationships and gain the confidence of the client while meeting his needs and requirements
Develop the clients portfolio via cold calling, marketing and lead generation;
Negotiate fees, salaries and terms of business
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for sourcing talented professionals and placing them with your specialized clients, maintaining constant communication by phone and email, as well as regular face-to-face meetings
Work together with our resourcing center to find the best candidates on market
Source the perfect candidate via network and other sources (advertising, jobboards, etc.)
Provide suitable high quality candidates
Give coaching advice to perform in interviews

Confidence and outgoing. Be social! You need to build quick relations with candidates & clients . Remember : you are trying to sell a job to them!
A positive mind-set. If you think you can do it you will get the results to back it up!
Experience in making qualitative decisions. Maybe you were a student representative, and maybe you were the captain of your University Sports team.
Or perhaps you have been employed as a graduate for a few years. Regardless, you should be able to show your ability to make important decisions
Preferably, you would also have experience in sales. You are a Dutch or a French speaker and you are also fluent in English
You are a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player keeping a focus on the company'™s interests
You feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals
