Reporting directly to the VP Global Business Operations Support, you will ensure promotion of Prayon’s product range and brand awareness.

You will acquire a global vision of the brand of Prayon and develop communication and promotional strategies to facilitate sales and increase sales margins.

Vos responsabilités

  • You take care of Prayon’s brand positioning among internal and external customers and ensure content management (creation and update) of promotional materials (brochures, website, various campaigns, on-demand content;
  • You develop communication plans for products, product ranges and applications in collaboration with the Communication department;
  • You put in place promotional and communication strategy supporting Heatmap implementation;
  • You contribute to cross-functional projects related to Prayon’ s visibility and you run a business innovation platform (with a view to developing new products, new services );
  • You act as a driving force for projects that could increase margins, and take part / manage various projects within the Sales department (e.
  • g. qualitative research for packaging; customer experience mapping, );
  • You are involved in the implementation and smooth running of the Agile Philosophy and the Scrum Methodology;
  • You have a global view of the fairs and exhibitions and take care of their planification and content preparation;
  • You build and maintain internal and external relationships in your area of expertise, and you represent Prayon at official bodies such as AWEX, at seminars, trade fairs,
  • Profil

  • You have a Master’s degree in Business & Management or in Marketing;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing;
  • You have experience in branding, preferably in B2B environment;
  • You are an excellent communicator (both orally and in writing);
  • You demonstrate good analytical skills;
  • You have good project management skills;
  • You demonstrate autonomy, leadership, and management skills;
  • You have knowledge of economics (costs, business plan, );
  • You are familiar with various IT tools, and you are efficient in content management (creation and update);
  • You appreciate being constantly in contact with your stakeholders and you are a proven team player;
  • You speak English and preferably French, knowledge of other languages is an asset, Knowledge of AGILE / SCRUM is a plus.
