This is a great opportunity for a temporaty role during 6 month as Talent Acquisition Specialist in EMEA region where you will be responsible for developing a partnership with our business by working directly with, hiring managers (Plant Supervisors, Manager or Director level) and Human Resources to develop and enhance strategies to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.

Requisition / Open Position Management which includes candidate screening, as well as Applicant Tracking System management.
Consistently consult and collaborate with hiring managers regarding expectations, challenges and strategies.
Managing and executing the hiring process : intake session with hiring manager, sourcing candidates, screening, interview candidates, offer negotiation.
Lead weekly meetings with hiring managers and HR to assess candidate and open position status and health.
Maintain a strong understanding of Driv business so candidates are well informed and candidates sourced well align with business needs.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fair, plant tours and recruitment events.

You have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels within the organization

What you bring to the table
Bachelor or Master degree
5-10 years of experience with an understanding of European markets
Experience in manufacturing environment
Direct search experience
Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
Are you open to work in Sint Truiden and once per week from Kontich.
