Job description : Agenda management : planning appointments, maintaining events and marketing calendars, etc. Coordinating and attending meetings and conference rooms, taking minutes and drafting reports Managing and liaising for events : coordination, logistics, costs, follow-up on action points, etc.
Arranging travels from A to Z : managing and coordinating the Director’s business trips, searching the most cost-effective solutions, managing travel itineraries, etc.
Expense management : management and reconciliation of the Director’s expenses, monitoring bank and credit card accounts Performing marketing and general communication tasks : translating articles from German to English, communicating on behalf of the Director in German, reviewing press releases and marketing communication in German for grammatical corrections, etc.
Assisting in the delivery of ad-hoc marketing projects And more! Profile : You are bilingualEnglish-French with fluent German or Italian You ate least have 3-5 years experience in a similar role You have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Previous experience in expense management is needed! You are autonomous, professional and have strong organizational and follow-up skills You are proactive, adaptable and are a good prioritizer and team player Offer : A temporary to permanent contract €2500-€3200 according to skills and experience Working hours : 9am to 6pm A very nice team and environment!
