About the Environment, Health & Safety department

What you will be doing
You manage the agenda’s en organizes the activities of one or more members of the EHS management / department taking in consideration the confidential nature of the data, you prioritize and anticipate on deadlines to guarantee a well ordered planning
You provide overall administrative and organizational support to the management : you prepare reports, necessary documents and presentations to ease the workload of the management and facilitate the overall working of the department
You act as the first point of contact for the department, you take care of communication with the internal and external stakeholders and, if possible, already provide them with an initial answer with the aim of offering management maximum support in their daily activity
You organize meetings, trainings and / or events with the aim of efficiently supporting the management
You facilitate information exchange and -flow within the various (sub)departments ensuring an optimal cooperation
Who we are looking for
You hold a Bachelor degree in Administration, Human Sciences, or possess equivalent experience
You have relevant professional experience in an administrative / supportive role
You are fluent in written and spoken English, Dutch and French
You are computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications and management tools
You have excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
You have strong communication and interrelationship skills
You are stress resistant and have experience prioritizing and meeting deadlines
You are a team player and enjoy sharing knowledge, but are capable of working autonomously and take on responsibilities
You collaborate with the team and with other teams in order to complete the work
