Nutrition Support Employee

As a Nutrition Support Employee you ensure the availability of standard documentation and provide support to Customer Service related to Technical Info on Products & Manufacturing Processes.

Key Accountabilities?

You will become an expert in technical information of our products and manufacturing processes and translate this knowledge to the CIS team.

You will also give training on technical information across the beOps plants in order to back-up CIS team members.

You ensure the availability of standard documentations and manage up to date technical information on products and manufacturing processes.

You ensure a proper recording (by guiding the SPOC) and handle all questions from customers related to technical information on product and manufacturing processes on an effective (On time In full) and efficiency (in compliance) way.

You handle as well the questions from our affiliates regarding the Raw materials used for the manufacturing of our Finished goods, as well sharing standard documents for the raw materials used in the production sites of the affiliates.

You are a Key-User in Compass (system for critical documentation)

You follow-up of food legislation and alerts related to our process and products.

You prepare the dossiers to have a finished product Kosher or Halal certified.

You are involved in QA related tasks, in order to maintain a strong knowledge of the local Quality Management System and Manufacturing process.

These topics can vary from Regular internal audit (cross plant, unannounced, ), HACCP team participation, to Food safety Monitoring plan review and / or coordination,

Who are we looking for?

You have a bachelor degree with a scientific orientation

You have experience with technical documentation related to the Food industry

You work in an organized, accurate way and have strong administrative skills

You are flexible to visit the different sites of Puratos in Belgium

You speak fluently Dutch or French and you have a good knowledge of English

You have experience with MSOffice, experience in ERP system is an advantage.
