Our sales department in Brussels is looking for an amazing and dynamic Customer Success Manager (M / F) Responsibilities Manage existing customers located in different countries (Europe & Africa) Establish long term relationships with your customers Analyze and understand your customer's IT projects in depth Identify potential future upsells : expand your customers' usage of the solution Demonstrate the next applications and new versions to the end user Ensure general satisfaction of the customer Negotiate the renewal of the contracts with your customers Must have Business Master Degree Fluent in English + at least one other European Language Strong relational & negotiation skills Ability to handle conflicts - Problem solving attitude Strong organizational skills 0 to 3 years technology sales experience Work permit in Belgium Nice to have Previous experience in IT project management Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic environment Previous experience in a customer relationship management role Work hard / Play hard attitude Farming spirit What’s great about the job ?
